  • Payments should be made through official Francloy Agencies channels only.

  • Clients are encouraged to attend site visits to confirm property details before purchase.

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Property prices are communicated clearly for each project and may vary by location and market conditions.

  • A deposit is required to secure a plot or house. Balance payments must be completed within the agreed timeline.

  • Late or missed payments may attract penalties or cancellation of the agreement.

5. Documentation and Title Transfer

Francloy Agencies guarantees issuance of valid title deeds upon full payment and completion of documentation. The timeline for title processing depends on the project and applicable legal requirements.

6. Property Use

Once purchased, clients are free to develop, lease, or sell their property in accordance with Kenyan laws and local regulations.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits and commitment fees are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

Francloy Agencies is not liable for indirect losses, unforeseen delays, or issues arising from third parties such as financial institutions, contractors, or government agencies.

9. Communication and Marketing
